Adelaide, Australia – It’s singles and doubles semis time in Adelaide, with the WTA qualifying also going on, on what will be a busy Saturday around the grounds.
In Pune, it will be finals day as the event is pretty far from Melbourne, and the travel isn’t particularly easy.
Unseeded Sebastian Korda and Yoshihito Nishioka were the players to come out of the bottom half of the draw, left open when No. 2 seed Félix Auger-Aliassime bowed out in his opening round. Nishioka ended up having to retire, sending Korda to the final to play Novak Djokovic, who might have some injury concerns.
Adelaide is 15 1/2 hours ahead of Eastern time; Pune is 10 1/2 hours ahead).
